Charged Tipped Nozzle
Charged tipped nozzles are specialised tools used in mining to precisely direct and control the flow of explosive materials or other agents into drill holes. Designed for high-pressure environments, they ensure safe and efficient charging by minimising spillage and providing accurate material placement. Constructed from durable materials, these nozzles are available in various sizes to accommodate different drill hole diameters, improving operational efficiency and safety. These nozzles are essential for precise and controlled blasting operations.

Emulsion Concussion Bags
Emulsion concussion bags are used in mining operations to enhance blasting safety and effectiveness. These bags create a protective barrier between explosives and moisture, preventing contamination and ensuring consistent detonation. They help maintain the integrity of the explosives by reducing the risk of leaching or misfires in wet conditions . Easy to deploy, emulsion concussion bags improve operational efficiency, streamline the charging process, and reduce costs. They are also crucial for meeting environmental standards by containing explosives and minimising leakage, making them an essential tool for safe and reliable blasting in challenging mining environments.

SH/FH Fuse Holder Centraliser
The SH/FH Fuse Holder Centraliser is designed to securely position and stabilise fuse holders in mining and explosive handling systems. It ensures proper alignment, preventing movement during installation and operation, which is essential for reliable detonation and safety. This centraliser reduces the risk of misfires by keeping fuse holders securely in place.
Made from durable materials, the SH/FH Fuse Holder Centraliser is built to withstand harsh mining environments. It offers long-term reliability, is easy to install into existing systems, and improves the safety and efficiency of blasting operations by ensuring precise fuse placement for controlled detonations.

Charging Lance
A charging lance is a critical tool in mining operations used to safely and efficiently deliver explosives into drill holes. It is designed to provide precise placement of explosive materials, ensuring a controlled and accurate charging process. Typically available in various lengths to accommodate different hole lengths, charging lances are built to withstand the harsh conditions of mining environments, offering durability and reliability. They reduce the risk of accidents by providing a safer means of handling explosives, minimising direct contact with dangerous materials. With their robust construction and ease of use, charging lances enhance operational efficiency and safety during blasting operations.

Blasting Capsule/ Booster Protector
A Blasting Capsule is used to place and protect the booster in a hole the booster is placed. Once the explosive is placed, the capsule is positioned to ensure the detonator stays in place, preventing movement and ensuring a controlled blast. It also protects the boosters and detonator from external factors like moisture and external damage, ensuring reliable initiation. Designed to meet industry safety standards, Blasting Capsules help enhance safety and efficiency during blasting operations.

Tubular Liner / Sleeves
Tubular liners are cylindrical protective sleeves designed to be inserted into drill holes, primarily in mining, geotechnical, and construction applications. They serve to preventing seeping and contamination, while also providing a clean, stable passage for instruments or explosives. These liners are especially useful in loose or unstable ground conditions.
Liners can be custom-made to specific lengths and colour based on the requirements of each individual drill hole. This flexibility allows for precise fitting and optimal performance, minimising waste and improving safety. Typically made from durable, corrosion and chemical resistant materials.

Ball Bags
The Ball Bag is an essential tool used in blasting operations to ensure effective blast control and prevent surface flyrock. It is typically filled with material such as drill chippings, sand or aggregate, and placed in the blast hole above the explosive charge. This helps contain the energy from the blast and directs it into the rock for optimal fragmentation. Ball Bags can also be filled with explosives and placed in problematic areas where it's used to break hanging rock or breaking rocks in crusher.
After the explosives are loaded into the blast hole, the Ball Bag is carefully placed on top of the charge. Its primary function is to absorb and control the blast pressure, preventing it from dispersing outward and causing potential hazards such as flyrock. This containment ensures that the blast energy is focused on breaking the rock, enhancing the efficiency of the operation.
